摘 要:选取了年轻人和老年人两组受试者分别进行第4,8,12,15,18,21临界带的同时掩蔽阈值测量。实验结果表明,老年组受试者在各临界带的平均上升沿斜率均大于平均下降沿斜率,并且在各临界带的掩蔽阈值峰值均比年轻组的要大,最大差值达到了9.2 dB;此外,老年组前4个临界带的掩蔽曲线,无论在曲线形状和规律方面,都与年轻组的阈值曲线非常近似,但在后2个临界带也即高频处,老年组的掩蔽曲线则显得较为混乱。本实验的研究结果将有助于进一步了解耳道滤波器的结构及其机理,并为制定预防和保护老年人听力健康策略及老年人助听产品的研究开发提供相关依据。In this paper, young and aged subjects are chosen to carry on simultaneous masking experiment at the 4,8,12, 15,18,21 critical bands. The results show that the average rising slope of aged person is bigger than the falling slope at all critical bands, and the average peak value of the masking curve is also bigger than that of young person, the maximum difference is up to 9.2 dB. On the other hand, at the first four critical bands, the masking curves of elder are similar to that of young groups, both in the shape of the curve and laws. But at the last two critical bands, the curves of elder group are very confusing. The study of this experiment will help to further understand the structure of the ear canal filter and its mech- anism, and also help to provide evidence for carrying out the health strategy of protecting the elders and developing hearing - aid products.
