摘  要:目的探讨适合新生儿PICC导管透明敷料的更换频率。方法 307例留置PICC导管新生儿随机分为3组,分别每3d、5d、7d更换透明敷料,观察3组患儿导管相关感染发生率的差异。结果 3组患儿出口部位感染率分别为3.96%、4.90%、5.77%,导管病原菌定植发生率分别为6.10%、7.06%、6.02%,导管相关血行感染发生率分别为0.99%、1.96%、0.00%,无统计学差异。结论建议新生儿PICC导管每7d更换透明敷料1次,敷料潮湿、松动时及时更换。Objective To investigate the appropriate dressing change frequency of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) in neonates. Methods Totally 307 neonates with PICC were randomly divided into three groups. The transparent dressings were changed every 3 days,5 days or 7 days in the three groups,respectively. The incidence rates of catheter related bloodstream infection(CRBSI) were compared among the three groups. Results The incidence rates of exit site infection in the three groups were 3.96% ,4.90% and 5.77% ,respectively. The incidence rates of catheter colonization were 6.10%, 7.06% and 6.02% ,respectively. The incidence rates of CRBSI were 0.99% ,1.96% and 0.00% ,respectively. No significant differences were found in the incidences of exit site infection,catheter colonization and CRBSI(P〉0.05). Conclusion It is suggested to change transparent dressing every 7 days in neonates with PICC. The dressing should be replaced timely in case of being damp or loosened.
