35例重型颅脑损伤气管切开患者行高压氧治疗的护理

摘　　要：总结了35例重型颅脑损伤气管切开患者高压氧治疗的护理经验。采用自创的呼吸回路连接装置行高压氧治疗,治疗中严密观察病情变化及不良反应,及时吸痰,保持呼吸道通畅,防止氧气泄漏,保证氧舱安全,保障患者安全有效地进行高压氧治疗。本组治疗后肺部感染全部得到控制,有8例意识转清醒。This paper summarizes the nursing care of 35 patients with severe brain injuries and tracheotomy receiving hyperbaric oxygenation. The patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen by breathing circuit connector. During hyperbaric oxygenation treatment,nursing care focused on close observation of patients＇ conditions and adverse reactions,timely suction to maintain respiratory tract unobstructed,prevention of oxygen leaking to ensure the safety and effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygenation. After hyperbaric oxygenation treatment,the lung infections were controlled in all patients and eight cases turned to consciousness.
