夜间片区组长工作岗位的设立及实践

摘　　要：目的探讨夜间片区组长工作岗位设立的必要性和可行性。方法将全院21个仅在晨晚间实施双班的护理单元划分为3个片区,每个片区设1名组长督查、指导和协助夜间的护理工作。结果片区组长的工作内容集中在督查护理质量、指导参与抢救、参加突发事件应急、协助困难操作、完成双人核对、顶替一线班、解决护患矛盾、分担常规工作和物品设备协调等方面。结论设立夜间片区组长工作岗位,能有效地杜绝护理漏洞、完善护理环节、节约护理人力、缓解一线夜班护士的工作压力。Objective To explore the necessity and feasibility of the post setting of team leader at night shift. Methods The 21 nursing units which has two persons on duty in the morning and evening were divided into three areas. A team leader was arranged for each area to instruct and supervise the nursing work at night shift. Results The responsibilities of team leader were supervising the quality of nursing,directing and participating in the rescue mission ,coping with emergencies ,helping difficult procedures,completing double checks,substituting the person on duty,dissolving nursing disputes,sharing routine work,coordinating the materials and facilities. Conchlsion ＇ The post setting of team leader at night shift can effectively pre- vent nursing flaws,improve nursing links ,save human resources and relieve work pressure of nurses on duty at night shift.
