科根对老年人态度量表的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的翻译并评价科根对老年人态度量表(KAOPS)在养老机构应用的信效度。方法使用中文版KAOPS对553名养老机构护理人员进行问卷调查,评价其信效度。结果各条目与量表总得分之间均存在相关性;总量表内部一致性系数为0.85;重测系数为0.83;内容效度是0.92;主成分法抽取2个因子,方差累计贡献率为54.71%,同时验证性因子分析支持二因素模型。结论中文版KAOPS具有较好的信效度,可用于养老机构护士和护理员对老年人态度的评估。Objective To translate Kogan＇s Attitudes toward Old People Scale （KAOPS） and assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese ＇version scale in elderly homes. Methods The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of KAOPS were assessed in a sample of 553 nursing staff in elderly homes. Results The Cronbach＇ s alpha was 0.85 for the total scale,the test-retest correlation was 0.83,and the content validity index was 0.92. All the item scores were closely correlated with the total score of the scale. Two factors were extracted by principal components analysis and contributed 54.71% to the variance. The result of confirmatory factor analysis was consistent with the preceding theory. Conclusion The Chinese version of the KAOPS is proved to be a reliable and valid tool for the assessment of nursing staffs＇ attitudes toward older adults in elderly homes.
