摘　　要：目的探讨全科团队家访服务在高龄老人社区居家养老中的作用。方法将140例80岁以上居家老人分为干预组和对照组,干预组接受12个月的全科团队家访服务,对照组接受常规社区卫生服务。采用重复测量方差分析两组在干预前及干预后抑郁、孤独及生活质量变化。结果两组高龄老人抑郁、孤独及生活质量各维度得分在干预后3、6、12个月测量时的差异均有统计学意义。结论全科团队家访服务能显著改善高龄居家老人的健康状况,为居家养老提供社区医疗支持。Objective To explore the effects of general practitioner team home visiting program for community-dwelling elderlies. Methods Totally 140 elderlies aged over 80 years old were divided into two groups. The elderlies in the experimental group received the general practitioner team home visiting program for 12 months. The elderlies in the control group received routine community health service. The scores of depression,loneliness and quality of life were compared by repeated-measures ANOVA. Results There were significant differences in the scores of depression,loneliness and quality of life at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after the intervention between the two groups. Conclusion The general practitioner team home visiting program can significantly improve the health status of community-dwelling elderlies and provide community-based medical support for the home care services among community-dwelling elderlies.
