摘  要:为了解决室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)防污闪涂料长期使用中表面积累大量污秽的问题,提出了一种具有自洁性的新型防污闪硬质涂料SCHC(self-cleaning hard coating)。实测和分析了长期使用的RTV涂层表面的污秽密度后,用小玻璃球法比较了SCHC涂层和RTV涂层的自洁性能差异,用静态接触角法和喷水分级法研究了SCHC涂层的憎水性、憎水性丧失与恢复特性、憎水迁移性能。结果显示,和RTV涂层相比,SCHC涂层对于微小污秽颗粒具有显著的降低吸附的功能,其憎水性优于RTV涂层,憎水性迁移性能和RTV同等,且憎水性受长期高湿环境的影响很小。因此,SCHC涂层能够在长期使用中显著的降低绝缘子表面污秽的积累,能够有效地防范污闪的发生。We introduced a self-cleaning hard coating(SCHC),and investigated the pollution density on RTV coated insulators after long-term usage.The self-cleaning ability of RTV coating and SCHC was compared by using the micro-glass ball method.The hydrophobicity,the hydrophobicity loss and recovery characteristics as well as the hydrophobicity transference capability were investigated with the contact angle method and the hydrophobicity classification method.The result shows that SCHC absorbs much less pollution particle than RTV.Compared to those of RTV,hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity loss and recovery ability of SCHC are better whereas the hydrophobicity transference ability is equivalent.Therefore,SCHC can notably reduce contamination accumulated on insulator surfaces and prevent pollution flashover.
