摘　　要：阐述了可持续发展的起源和概念。以知名化工公司巴斯夫为例,介绍了国际先进企业可持续发展的内容、路径和成效,包括企业的核心战略和价值观、团队建设、产品与创新、环境保护、人与社会等。可持续发展作为一种经营方式,值得纺织企业重视和借鉴。The origin and concept of sustainable development are introduced. Taking BASF as a case, the content, route and achievements on sustainable development of international leading companies are illustrated, such as the core strategy and values, team construction, products and innovations, environmental protection, human and society. It is suggested that textile companies should pay attention to sustainable development.
