摘　　要：根据特殊工况要求,设计一种二级增力手动调速机构,分析其工作原理和结构特点,给出安全性计算公式并进行校核,针对可能存在的安全隐患进行改进和进一步校核,确定最终数据。该手动调速机构的特点是结构简单、重量轻、制动力大、操作方便、制造工艺性好。The manual speed-adjusting device with two-stage force aplifiar is designed for specific working condi~ tions. Its structure features and the working principle are analyzed. The safety verification formulas are gave. Aiming at the potential dangers, the design is imroved. The notable features of this manual speed adjusting device are simple structure, light weight, big braking output, easy to operate and manufacture.
