热轧加热炉掺烧天然气互换性研究

摘　　要：为解决煤气资源短缺问题,使用天然气置换焦炉煤气,热轧加热炉现用燃气为高焦混合煤气,拟采用高天焦转作为置换气置换基准气高焦混合煤气,对置换气华白数、燃烧势及离焰互换指数、回火互换指数及黄焰互换指数进行了计算,从而判断高天焦转混合气对高焦混合煤气的可互换性。计算结果表明在给定的天然气配比条件下,不具备可互换性,故对置换气中各气体重新进行配比计算,得出在满足互换性条件下,天然气用量的极限值。In order to solve the problem of fuel gas shortage, natural gas was used to subtitute coke-oven gas. Currently the furnace uses mixed gas of blast furnace gas and coke-oven gas as fuel, which will be subtitute by mixed gas of blast furnace gas, coke-oven gas, converter gas and natural gas. In this paper, The interchangeability indexes were calculated to judge the interchangeability between the subtitution gas and the reference gas. The results indicates that the reference gas can＇ t be replaced by the subtitution gas under the specified conditions, so the mixture ratio of the constituents of mixed gas were calculated to decide the maximum proportion of natural gas.
