七子填精口服液治疗男性不育症临床有效性与安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:观察七子填精口服液治疗男性不育症的临床疗效。方法:将50例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例口服七子填精口服液治疗;对照组20例口服五子衍宗口服液治疗,疗程均为3月。结果:治疗后2组的精子密度、精子总数、前向运动精子比例、前向运动精子总数、正常形态精子比例、中医证候积分与治疗前比较,均有显著性改善(P<0.05)。临床疗效总有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为63.16%;中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组为96.67%,对照组为68.42%,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:七子填精口服液治疗男性不育症安全有效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qizi Tianfing Oral Liquid in the treatment of male infer- tility. Methods： Fifty male infertility patients were randomized into two groups. The treatment group with 30 cases was given Qizi Tianfing Oral Liquid, and the control group with 20 cases was given Wuzi Yanzong Oral Liquid. The course of treatment covered 3 months. Results： After treatment, the sperm concentration, overall count of sperms, percentage of forward pro- gression sperms, overall count of forward progression sperms, ratio of sperms with normal shape, scores of traditional Chi- nese medical syndromes were improved in both groups（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and was 63.16% in the control group. As for the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medical syndromes, the treatment group had 96.67% and the control group had 68.42%, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Qizi Tianjing Oral Liquid is effective and safe in the treatment of male infertility.
