摘  要:目的:研究安宫牛黄贴穴位敷贴对小鼠缺氧及脑缺血的影响。方法:将100只小鼠,随机分成5组,即模型组、药物组和穴位敷贴高、中、低剂量组,连续给药7天后,分别采用结扎双侧颈总动脉模型、常压耐缺氧模型,记录小鼠存活时间。结果:安宫牛黄贴穴位敷贴高、中、低剂量组双侧颈总动脉结扎小鼠存活时间及小鼠常压耐缺氧时间均明显延长,与模型组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),与药物组比较,疗效相当(P>0.05)。结论:安宫牛黄贴穴位敷贴能明显延长小鼠缺氧及脑缺血的存活时间,提示其对动物缺氧及脑缺血具有一定的保护作用。Objective: To study the effect of acupoint application with Angong Niuhuang Sticker on hypoxia and cerebral is- chemia in mice. Methods: One hundred Kunming mice were randomly divided into modet group, positive control group (An- gong Niuhuang Pill 0.39 g/kg.d), and high-, medium- and low-dose Angong Niuhuang Sticker acupoint application groups. Af- ter administration for 7 continuous days, atmospheric ischemia and hypoxia model was established by ligation of bilateral carotid arteries, and then the survival time of the mice were recorded. Results.. The survival time after bilateral carotid artery ligation as well as the hypoxia tolerance time of the mice were significantly prolonged in the three acupoint application groups. There was significant difference as compared with the model group(P 〈 0.01), but was insignificant difference when com- pared with the positive control group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion.. Acupoint application with Angong Niuhuang Sticker can significant- ly prolong the survival time after cerebral hypoxia and ischemia in mice, suggesting that it has protective effect on animal models of cerebral hypoxia and ischemia.
