摘 要:在动物中已经发现,硫化氢(H2S)可能是继NO和CO之后的第三种气体信号分子,参与各种生理调节作用。植物中很早就发现有H2S释放的现象,但是其生理功能一直不明。最近的研究表明,低浓度H2S能参与调节植物的气孔运动和光合作用、缓解非生物胁迫的伤害以及促进植物的生长发育等。本文综述了近年来有关H2S的植物生理调节作用和分子机理的研究进展,并对H2S作为信号分子的可能性进行了展望。In animals, hydrogen sulfide (H2S) has been found to be the third gas messenger after nitric oxide (NO) and carbon monoxide (CO), since it participates in the regulation of many physiological processes. Although it was found many years ago that plants release H2S endogenously, no information was known about its physiological roles. Recent results have discovered that low concentration of H2S might be involved in the movement of plant guard cell, increases of photosynthesis, attenuation of abiotic stress injury, as well as the induction of plant development and growth, etc.. In this paper, recent research progress of plant physiological functions and the corresponding molecular mechanism of H2S as well as its future perspective as a signaling molecule were summarized.
