摘　　要：2010年7月29日下午6时20分,老一辈著名生物化学家、营养学家,中国生物化学与营养学的先驱之一,南京大学郑集教授以110岁高龄安详辞世。本文中,作者通过自己与郑集先生的交往经历描绘了郑集先生勤奋不倦、宽厚仁爱的高尚人格。At 18：20 in the afternoon of July 29, 2010, Professor Ji Zheng, a well-known biochemist and nutritionist of old generation and pioneer of Biochemistry and Nutrition sciences in China, passed away at the age of 110 years old. In the present paper, the author depicts the noble characters of the consistent industriousness, generosity and charity of Professor Ji Zheng through the author＇s contact experience with Professor Zheng.
