摘  要:本文以某个石灰石—石膏湿法烟气脱硫石灰石干磨方案为例,对比了立式和卧式两种干磨设备的工作原理、基本工艺流程、系统配置、布置方式。文中通过运行特点和经济比较,对其工艺系统和实际运行效果进行了全面深入的分析探讨和研究,提出了两种方案各自的优缺点,综合对比认为立式干磨方案更适合火电厂石灰石—石膏湿法烟气脱硫大规模制粉的要求。The paper compares two dry grinding schemes - vertical type and horizontal type, with the example of one limestone dry grinding scheme of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization, and presents the equipment operation principles, basic process, system configurations, arrangement descriptions for these two schemes. Through the comparison of the operation character- istics and economy of the two schemes, and the overall analysis and research to the process systems and practical running effects, this paper presents the respective advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes, and alter comprehensive comparison concludes that vertical dry grinding scheme is more suitable for the requirements of large-scale pulverization by limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization in heat-engine plant.
