摘　　要：水利数据共享交换是实现国家基础数据共享、水利现代化的重要环节。水利数据涉及范围广、种类多、共享难度大。以水利专用信息网、专业数据库、信息监测系统为基础,采用消息中间件,构建水利数据共享交换平台,实现各类水利数据应用系统、数据库、数据文件之间的共享交换。该平台的建设为水利信息系统的集成提供思路和技术参考。Water resources data sharing and exchange is an important part of achieving the national basic data sharing and water resources modernization. Water resources data is wide range, numerous variety and hard to be share. This paper designs water resources data sharing and exchanging platform which is based on the water resources dedicated data network, specialized databases, information monitoring system by using the technology of message middleware. It achieves sharing and exchanging various type water resources data between application system, database, and data files. It provides a train of thought and the technical reference to water resources information system integration.
