摘 要:针对传统照明控制装置充放电路分开设置存在结构复杂、可靠性差、效率低等问题,研究了基于Zeta/Sepic双向变换器的光伏LED照明系统;提出了一种充电算法,其既能实现光伏电池最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)又能满足蓄电池电压限制条件;设计了一种基于HV9930控制芯片的LED恒流驱动电路。实验结果表明:控制器可以根据蓄电池状态准确地在MPPT、恒压和浮充算法之间切换,MPPT充电效率较恒压充电提升显著,LED驱动电路恒流效果好。One photovohaic LED lighting system based on bi-directional Zeta/Sepic was researched, in order to solve the problems of traditional lighting control devices including complex structure, poor reliability and low efficiency. A charge algorithm was proposed, which not only realized the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) scheme, but also satisfied the requirement of battery's voltage limit. A LED constant current drive circuit based on the HV9930 chip was designed. Experimental results shew that the charge controller can be switched precisely to work in the MPPT status, the constant voltage status, or the float charging status according to the status of battery. Compared with constant voltage status, the efficiency of MPPT status increased significantly. Stable current effect of LED driver circuit was very well.
