摘  要:实验以活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,水杨酸和无水乙醇为原料合成水杨酸乙酯。考察了反应时间、醇酸摩尔比、催化剂的用量对水杨酸乙酯收率的影响。结果表明最佳工艺条件为:在回流温度90~95℃下,反应时间为4h,醇酸摩尔比为4,催化剂的用量为反应物总质量的8%,水杨酸乙酯的收率可达34.9%,且催化剂可重复利用。Ethyl salicylate was synthesized with salicylic acid and alcohol as materials and p-toluenesulfonic acid supported by activated carbon as catalyst. The effect of reaction time, molar ratios of alcohol to salicylic acid, and catalyst dosage were investigated. The optimum conditions were obtained as followed: under the reflux temperature 90-95 ℃, reaction time 4h, the mole ratios of alcohol to salicylic acid was 4:1, the dosage of catalyst was 8% of the total mass of the reactant efficiency. The yield of ethyl salicylate was 34.9%, and the catalyst could be repeatedly used.
