摘　　要：工程量清单计价是国际通用的一种工程造价计价模式,冶金矿山井巷工程招投标及结算已普遍采用工程量清单计价模式,但因其作业条件复杂,影响造价的因素比较多,基于其独有的特点,文章指出其清单项目的划分、计量单位的设置及工程特征描述方面等存在一些不足,并给出相应的处理办法。The project quantity list quotation is a kind of universal project cost pricing mode.The project quantity list quotation is widely used in bidding and settlement of mine roadway engineering. As the operation condition is complex, the influence factors of eost are various. Based on its unique characteristic, the article points out the shortage in classification of list item, setting of units of measurement, and description of engineering characteristics, and gives corresponding treatment measures.
