摘　　要：文章基于对广西独立学院教师教学能力现状的抽样调查及其统计汇总结果,针对其中的教师教学研究能力现状进行分析,提出了独立学院教师教学研究能力的提升策略。Based on a sample survey of the status of teaching ability in Guangxi independent college .and their statistical summary results, for the status of teachers in teaching and research capacity to analyze, this article proposes the promotion strategy of independent faculty teaching and research ability.
