摘　　要：文章在分析质量文化涵义的基础上,描述质量文化的特征以及建设质量文化的作用,并结合高校科研的特点,提出高校科研质量文化建设的主要路径。On the basis of analyzing the concept of quality culture, properties of quality cuhure and its effect are studied in this paper. Combined with the properties of scientific research in universities, the main methods of construction of quality culture on scientific research in universities are proposed in the end.
