益视口服液的灭菌工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:对益视口服液的灭菌工艺进行研究,改善外观性状,减少有效成分损失,确定最佳灭菌工艺。方法:以外观性状、pH值和成品中的有效成分2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(C20H22O9)为指标,比较煮沸灭菌法和高温瞬时灭菌法。结果:采用高温瞬时灭菌法灭菌的成品pH值下降较少,外观性状较好,有效成分含量较高。结论:益视口服液的灭菌工艺采用高温瞬时灭菌法,可有效提高质量。Objective： To study the sterilization process of Yishi Koufuye to improve the appearance characters and reduce the effective component loss of Yishi Oral Liquid. Method： Appearance characters, pH, effective components like 2, 3, 5, 4＇- four hydroxy two styrene-2-0-beta-D-glucoside （C20I22O9） as the indicators, the boiling sterilization method and high-tempera- ture-instant-sterilization are compared. Result： The method of high-temperature-instant-sterilization has a better performance than that of boiling sterilization in pH falling less, keeping appearance characters preferably and more effective component contents. Conclusion： The quality of Yishi Oral Liquid can be improved effectively by high-temperature-instant-sterilization.
