摘 要:目的:建立北京延庆栽培黄芩与道地黄芩的鉴定方法。方法:采用TLC法测定黄芩素,HPLC法测定黄芩苷。色谱柱:Zirchrom Kromasil C8色谱柱(5μm,200 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2);检测波长:280 nm;柱温:室温。结果:2年和3年生黄芩供试品在与对照药材、对照品相应位置显相同颜色的斑点,但2年生药材黄芩素含量较低。而野生道地黄芩的黄芩苷含量为129 mg/g,2年和3年生黄芩分别为116 mg/g、121 mg/g。加样回收率为98.43%,RSD%=0.23%。结论:不同产地黄芩的黄芩苷含量有一定区别,而3年生黄芩的黄芩苷及黄芩素比两年生的含量高。Objective: To establish the test methods of Radix Scutellariae planted in Yanqing Country in Beijing and au- thentic Radix Scutellariae. Methods: Baicalin was determined by TLC identification; baicalein was determined by C identifica- tion. The chromatographic column was Zirchrom Kromasil C8(5μm, 200 mm×4.6 mml. The mobile phase is methanol-water- phosphoric acid(47:53:0.2); the testing wavelength is 280 nm; the temperature is At room temperature. Results: The Radix Scutellariae Planted 2 and 3 years show the same color spots as the counterpart medicine and agent, but the content of baicalin in the Radix Seutellariae planted 2 years was lower, the content of baicalin in the wild authentic Radix ScuteUariae is 129 mg/g, 116 mg/g and 121 mg/g in Radix Scutellariae Planted 2 and 3 years respectively. The recovery of the added in- dex was 98.43%, RSD%=0.23%. Conclusion: The content of baicalin is different among Radix Scutellariae, which are planted in different areas; the content of baicalin and baicalein in Radix Scutellariae planted 3 years are higher than that of which was planted 2 years.
