中药汽疗联合西药治疗急性泛发性湿疹40例护理体会

摘　　要：目的:评价中药汽疗联合西药治疗急性泛发性湿疹的疗效及护理体会。方法:将80例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予中药汽疗,中药采用院内协定方参卿止痒方,两组疗程均为10 d。结果:治疗组和对照组总显效率分别为85.0%和62.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组,且均无不良反应。结论:中药汽疗治疗急性泛发性湿疹安全有效。Objective To observe the efficacy on Eczema by Chinese Medicine steam treatment combined with the West- ern Medicine. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 patients in each group. The control group were treated by the standard treatment options;the treatment group were added with Chinese medicine steam treatment. The course of treatment is 10 days. Results The total efficiency rate is 85.0% in treatment group and 62.5% in control group; the efficiency of the treatment is better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine steam treatment Combined with the Western medicine in treating eczema was safe and effective.
