血清N端脑钠肽前体及同型半胱氨酸在充血性心力衰竭患者中的检测意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清N端脑钠肽前体及同型半胱氨酸在充血性心力衰竭患者中的检测意义。方法选择本院充血性心力衰竭患者130例,根据心功能评定分级分为A组、B组和C组。同时选择同期体检健康者共40名,作为对照组。测定血清N端脑钠肽前体水平和血清同型半胱氨酸水平。结果 A组、B组和C组血清N端脑钠肽前体及同型半胱氨酸水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组血清N端脑钠肽前体及同型半胱氨酸水平显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组血清N端脑钠肽前体及同型半胱氨酸水平显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。充血性心力衰竭患者治疗后血清N端脑钠肽前体和同型半胱氨酸水平显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清N端脑钠肽前体及同型半胱氨酸水平检测有助于诊断充血性心力衰竭,同时有助于评估心力衰竭严重程度,有助于对近期疗效进行评价。Objective To explore the significance of the examination of serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide （NT-proBNP） and homocysteine in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods One hundred and thirty cases with congestive heart failure in our hospital were divided into group A, group B and group C according to the cardiac function classification. At the same time, 40 cases with health examination were selected as control group. The level of NT-proBNP and homoeysteine in serum were detected. Results The level of NT-proBNP and homocysteine in group A, group B and group C were higher than those in control group, there was statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）; The level of NT-proBNP and homocysteine in group C were higher than that in group B, there were statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）; The level of NT-proB- NP and homocysteine in group B were higher than those in group A, there were statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）; The level of NT-proBNP and homocysteine in patients with congestive heart failure after treatment were lower than those before treatment, there were statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The detection of the level of NT-proBNP and homocysteine is helpful to diagnosis of congestive heart failure and evaluation of heart failure severity and curative effect in the near future.
