布地奈德联合呋塞米氧驱动雾化治疗支气管哮喘的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察布地奈德、呋塞米氧驱动雾化对支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效。方法将85例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机分为治疗组45例与对照组40例,两组患者均常规给予安静休息、吸氧、止咳化痰、补液、纠正酸碱平衡等治疗,并给予氨茶碱0.25g静脉注射,1次/d,甲强龙40mg静脉注射,1次/d。治疗组加用吸入用布地奈德混悬液1mg、呋塞米20mg、0.9%氯化钠溶液5mL氧驱动雾化吸入,2次/d,疗程3d。比较两组治疗前后哮喘症状、峰值呼气流速(PEF)的变化。结果治疗组、对照组均可明显改善患者症状,治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德、呋塞米氧驱动雾化治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期,使用方便,疗效确切,有临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical treatment effect by oxygen atomizing inhalation of budesonide and furosemide in treatment of bronchial asthma during acute onset phase. Methods Eighty-five cases of bronchial asthma during acute onset phase were divided randomly into 45 cases of treatment group and 40 cases of control group. Both groups were given routine treatment of calm rest, oxygen inhalation, cough stopping and sputum relieving as well as the acid-base balance keeping. In addition, 0.25 grams of aminophylline and 40 milligrams of methylprednisolone were given by intravenous in- jection for once a day. The treatment group were given oxygen driving inhalation of 1 mg budesonide suspension and 20 mg furosemide and 5 mL normal saline twice a day with the treatment course of 3 days. Then the change of asthma symptoms and peak expiration flow （PEF） between the two groups were compared. Results The symptoms of the two groups were both relieved. The general effective rate of treatment group and control group was 93.3% and 77.5% respectively, while the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference showed statistically signifi- cant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The oxygen atomizing inhalation of budesonide and furosemide for bronchial asthma during acute onset phase is convenient and effective. It has practical value for the clinical work.
