农村社区卫生服务站对高血压患者管理的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析高血压患者的专病管理的疗效,探讨农村最基层医疗机构——社区卫生服务站对高血压患者有效管理模式。方法本社区卫生服务站管辖范围内一部分高血压患者作为治疗组进行登记,对他们进行生活行为习惯心理的辅导、血压监测、血生化指标的随访、提高服药依从性等方面的管理,将之与对照组比较,观察高血压患者血压控制情况。结果通过基层医疗单位全面管理的患者,能显著改善自身的不良生活方式,血压控制明显优于对照组。结论农村最基层医疗机构——社区卫生服务站对高血压患者的专病管理疗效显著。Objective To analyze the curative effect on management of the hypertension patients, explore the management of the basic medical service institution in countryside-community health serve station on the control of the hypertension patients. Methods Checking in members of the hypertension patients in our community as treatment groups, and guiding these patients＂ living behavior custom and leading their psychology, these patients＂ blood pressure was monitored , and their biochemical index was followed-up. The conform of taking medicine of hypertension patients was improved. The con- trol of the blood pressure in treatment group was surveyed as the target compared with control group. Results Living pat- tern of hypertension patients managed by basic medical service department was improved notably, and their blood pressure was stabilized better than that of control group. Conclusion Curative effect on management of the hypertension patients by community health serve station as the basic medical institute in countryside is obviously strengthened.
