摘　　要：研究了不同相对湿度(RH)环境下,复合绝缘子HTV硅橡胶护套材料的渗水与吸水特性。使用朗缪尔模型描述了盘状硅橡胶样品在不同湿度下,双面吸水的过程,并定量研究了不同湿度下硅橡胶材料的渗水情况。最后建立了一个简单的模型,描述了复合绝缘子交界面存在气隙缺陷时,水分通过硅橡胶护套渗入缺陷的渗水过程。The water absorption characteristics of HTV silicone rubber material are investigated at different relative air humidity（RH）.The two-sided water absorption process into disc-like HTV samples at different RH can be described by a Langmuir type diffusion model.The permeation process of water vapor through HTV discs is quantified by adjusting different constant RH at both sides of the discs.The permeation coefficient of HTV discsamounts to an almost constant value of 10—7g cm-ls-lcmHg-lat RH higher than 60%.Finally,a simplified model is set to describe the water vapor permeation process into an air filled interface defect inside a composite insulator.
