摘  要:以工业酒精为溶剂,在高温高压反应釜中进行直接液化小球藻制生物油过程的研究。考察了反应温度、料液比、反应时间、催化剂对小球藻液化行为的影响。结果表明:在反应温度为260℃,料液比(g∶mL)为10∶50,反应时间为30 min的条件下,无催化剂时产油率达到67.28%,加入质量分数为5%贝壳粉作为催化剂时产油率达到71.19%。对制得的生物油进行了元素分析和FT-IR分析。计算结果表明生物油的热值明显比小球藻高出46.46%,可达30.23 MJ/kg。FT-IR表明生物油主要由酯类、酮类等化合物组成。Direct liquefaction of microalgae Chlorella in industrial alcohol to produce bio-oil is carried out in an autoclave. The effects of reaction temperature, ratio of feed to solution, reaction time and catalysts on the liquefaction are investigated. The suitable conditions are shown as follows :260℃ of reaction temperature, 10 g/50 mL of feed to solution and 30 min of reaction time. Under these conditions,the yields of bio-oil are 67. 28% without catalyst and 71.19% with 5wt% Shell Powder as catalyst, respectively. The elemental analyses and FT-IR measurements for the bio-oil show that the heating value of liquid product is 46.46% higher than the crude Chlorella sample, reaching 30. 23 MJ·kg^-1. IR results indicate that ester compounds and ketone compounds are dominant in the bio-oils.
