摘　　要：质量是建设工程的命脉，质量的优劣关系到人民的生命财产安全和社会的安定．为此，企业必须完善质量管理工作，才能切实保证建设工程的质量。文章从质量意识、质量管理与进度、效益的关系、设计质量、现场管理及质量管理体系建设等方面，论述了如何进一步完善建设工程质量管理工作，对提高建设工程质量有重要意义。Quality is the lifeblood of construction project, and the pros and cons of quality is related to people＇s lives and property security and social stability. To this end, we must improve the quality management, and ensure the construction project quality. From the aspects of quality sense, quality management and progress, performance improvement, design quality, site management and quality management system construction, the article talks about how to further improve the quality management of construction projects, which has great significance to improve the construction project quality.
