摘  要:程序性细胞死亡-1(programmed cell death-1,PDCD-1)分子是一种重要的下调型共刺激因子,通过与其配体的作用而发挥免疫抑制功能,主要参与细胞的中枢及外周免疫耐受,在自身免疫性疾病中起重要作用。系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是自身免疫疾病的原型,是机体丧失了正常的免疫耐受平衡,淋巴细胞异常活化,不能正确识别自身组织导致疾病发生。近年来众多研究发现PDCD-1的多态性与SLE的发展有关,因此,本文就近年来关于PDCD-1与SLE相关性的研究进展作一综述。Programmed cell death-1 (PDCD-1) molecule is an important down-regulated costimulatory molecule, which plays a role of immuno-suppressive function through its ligand. It mainly involves in the central and peripheral immune tolerance of T lymphocyte, and it plays an important role in autoimmune disease. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a kind of autoimmune disease, it will develop when the body loses normal immune tolerance balance, and lymphocyte which is activated abnormally cannot recognize autologous tissue correctly. In recent years, many studies have found that the polymorphism of PDCD-1 is related to the development of SLE, therefore, this article reviews a recent research progress about the relationship between the PDCD-1 and SLE.
