摘　　要：新建本科院校兼职辅导员作为高校思想政治教育的骨干力量,面对新时期新形势下大学生不断涌现的新问题,必须进一步解放思想、与时俱进,更新观念、加强学习,大胆探索新形势下的工作方式和工作方法,不断开创学生管理工作新局面。As the backbone of the ideological and political education, the part--time counselors in the new undergraduate colleges, in the face of new issues emerging among college students in the new era and under the new situation, must further emancipate the mind, advance with the times, update their concepts, enhance learning, boldly explore work and working methods, and constantly create a new situation of student management, including mental health education.
