子宫内膜异位症患者细胞因子和自身抗体的变化及临床关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者细胞因子和子宫内膜抗体(EM Ab)的变化及与临床的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫(ELISA)和放射免疫(RIA)技术对EM患者(75例)和正常对照组(30例)进行细胞因子(IL-6、TNF-α和sIL-2R)、EM Ab和CA 125含量的测定;并动态观察经手术和内美通(Nemestran)治疗3个月后的EM患者(25例)的细胞因子和EM Ab的变化。结果:与对照组比较EM患者的这些细胞因子和EM Ab水平均升高(均P<0.01),EMAb含量与IL-6水平之间呈正相关(r=0.674,P<0.01)。患者于治疗前后的细胞因子和EM Ab水平也有显著性差异(均P<0.01)。结论:细胞因子和自身抗体EMAb的变化对于EM发病机理的探讨和疾病的诊断及疗效观察可提供重要的实验依据。Objective: To study the changes and their clinical implication of cytokines and antiendometrial antibody with endom-etriosis. Methods:The serum levels of interleukin 6 (1L-6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) .soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R),antiendometrial antibody (EM Ab) and serum cancer antigen 125 (CA 125) in 75 patients with endometriosis and 30 control members were investigated using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and radio-immunol assay (RIA). We also observed the changes of serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,sIL-2R and EM Ab in 25 patients treated with opera-tion and Nemestran for 3 months. Results:The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,sIL-2R and EM Ab were significantly increased in patients with endometriosis compared with control group (P<0.01). There was a positive correlation between EM Ab and IL-6 (γ = 0.674,P<0.01).Serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,sIL-2R and EM Ab in patients were significantly different before and after treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion:Detecting the serum levels of these cytokines and EM Ab may provide experimental basis for the study of pathogenic mechanism,and for the diagnosis and treatment to the patients with endom-etriosis.
