血必净在重症结核性脑膜炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察血必净对重症结核性脑膜炎的治疗作用。方法 72例重症结核性脑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采用四联抗结核为基础治疗,治疗组同时配合血必净注射液静滴,治疗20d。治疗前后评定各项临床指标与疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为72.2%,对照组为52.8%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后各项检测指标与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗后各项检测指标与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后各项检测指标相比,治疗组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组症状显著改善,症状、体征积分及评分明显下降(P<0.01),明显优于对照组。结论血必净配合抗痨药物治疗结核性脑膜炎具有较好的增效作用。Objective To explore the therapy effects of Xuebijing injection on severe tuberculous meningitis patients.Methods 72 patients with severe tuberculous meningitis were divided into two groups（treatment group and control group） at random.The treatment group was treated by Xiebijing injection apart from the conventional therapy;the control group received treatment with conventional therapy.Results As compared to the control group,the treatment group was significantly superior with regard to the degree and time of symptomatic relief（P0.05）.There were significant differences（P0.05） in total effective rates between treatment group and control group,which stood at 93.8% and 86.4%,respectively.Conclusion Xiebijing injection could reduce the time of symptom improving of severe tuberculous meningitis and had a good effect in treatment of it.
