克龄蒙预防药物流产后出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察克龄蒙预防药物流产后阴道出血的效果。方法将60例行药物流产术后8d仍有少量阴道流血且复查彩超提示宫腔内无明显组织物残留或有小部分蜕膜组织残留者随机分为手术组、治疗组和对照组。在常规抗感染的基础上,手术组行清宫术,治疗组服用克龄蒙,对照组口服维生素C、止血敏。比较各组药物流产后阴道出血时间及月经复潮后宫腔残留情况。结果治疗组与手术组的术后阴道出血时间及宫腔残留情况比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论克龄蒙能有效预防药物流产后阴道出血,减少宫腔残留。To observe the effect of climen on uterine bleeding after drug Abortion. Methods 60 cases of medical abortion were found to have a small amount of vaginal bleeding eight days later and the color Doppler recheck showed no obvious intrauterine or decidual tissue residues. These cases were ran domly divided into the operation group, the treatment group and the contrast group. In addition to the routine anti-infection therapy, surgical curettage was used in the operation group, clirnen was given to the treatment group, and vitamin C and aglumin were used in the contrast group. The bleeding time and the tissue residues were compared among the three groups. Results The postoperative vaginal bleeding time and intrauterine residues showed no statistical significance between The treatment group and the operation group （ P〉 0.05）, but both of them were much lower than those of the contrast group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Climen can be used effectively to prevent vaginal bleeding after drug abortion and to reduce in trauterine residues.
