思密达-白介素-11混合液保留灌肠治疗急性放射性直肠炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨思密达-白介素-11混合液保留灌肠治疗宫颈癌放疗后并发急性放射性直肠炎的疗效。方法采用思密达-白介素-11混合液保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎。结果 56例患者总治愈率89.3%(50/56),总有效率100%(56/56)。放射反应Ⅱ级50例患者中治愈48例,部分缓解2例;Ⅲ级6例患者中,治愈2例,部分缓解4例。结论思密达-白介素-11混合液保留灌肠是治疗急性放射性直肠炎的有效方法。Objective To find out the curative effect of mixed liquor of smecta and IL-11 retention en- ema to treat the acute radioactive rectitis after radiotherapy to patient with cervical carcinoma. Methods Re- tention enema with the mixed liquor of smecta and IL-11 based on supporting treatment. Results The results showed the total cure rate of 56 patients was 89. 3% （50/56） , the total effective rate was 100% （56/55）. Of grade Ⅱ the cure rate was 96% （48/50） ,and the partial response rate was 4% （2/50） ,grade Ⅲ the cure rate was 33.3% （2/6）, and the partial response rate was 66.7% （4/6）. Conclusion It is an effective method u- sing retention enema with mixed liquor of semcta and IL-11 to treat the actue radioactive rectitis.
