摘　　要：目的探讨可控性结肠外置在急诊左半结肠一期修补、切除吻合术中的可行性。方法回顾我院2007年1月至2012年3月在院的52例急诊左半结肠患者施行可控制性结肠外置手术的临床资料,总结分析该术式的临床价值。结果术后1例发生吻合口瘘,再次提出外置肠管、腹腔引流治愈。全组患者术后腹痛、腹胀轻微,术后进食早,恢复好。结论可控性结肠外置在急诊左半结肠一期手术中能显著降低吻合口瘘发生率,效果满意,值得推广。Objective To explore the feasibility in the controllability colon external repairation and an- astomosis of an emergency left-sided colon resection. Methods Analyze the clinical data of 52 left-sided colonic emergency patients who had controllability colon exteriorize operation in our hospital from January 2007 to Mach 2012. Results One cases occurred after anastomotic leakage, and raised again to external intestinal, peritoneal drainage cure. The whole group of patients with postoperative abdominal pain, abdominal distension and slight, earlier eating, a good recovery. Conclusion The controllability colon external in left-sided colon emergency on- estage operation application could significantly reduce the incidence of anastomotic, get good clinical resulrs, it is worth promoting.
