多层螺旋CT增强重建术对脾损伤程度的评估

摘　　要：目的研究多层螺旋CT增强重建术对脾损伤程度评估的临床应用价值。方法对2008年2月至2012年2月收治的63例脾损伤患者作腹部CT增强扫描,用CT机自带软件包对脾图像进行三维重建,参照Gay脾损伤分级法评估分级,将CT判断结果与手术所见比较。结果 35例手术患者中34例手术所见与CT判断符合。脾损伤程度的CT判断与手术所见比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.0099,P>0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT增强重建术可准确判断脾损伤程度,对脾损伤的治疗具有重要的应用价值。Objective To study the clinical application value to assess severity of spleen injury by mul- tisliee spiral CT（MSCT）. Methods To review and analize 35 cases of CT findings with spleen injury, All pa- tients underwent abdominal CT film and enhance inspection, and to reconstruct spleen 3 d imaging by the soft package with CT machine, according to the Gay classification of spleen injury evaluation grading, comparing CT judgment results and operation see. Results Among the 35 eases, 34 eases with operation are Conform to CT judgment, spleen injury degree of CT judgment and operation by comparison （X2 = 0. 0099, P 〉 O. 05 ） have no statistical different. Conclusion Enhancement spiral CT reconstruction can accurately judge the degree of spleen injury, and to provide an objective basis for spleen injury treatment.
