低磷血症对机械通气患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨低磷血症对机械通气患者的影响。方法:对30例机械通气患者进行分组,老年组与非老年组,脱机失败组与成功组,发生呼吸机相关肺炎组(VAP组)与未发生呼吸及相关肺炎组(非VAP组),并进行血磷浓度检测。结果:与老年组比较,非老年组血清磷指标显著增加;与脱机成功组比较,脱机失败组血清磷指标显著下降;与VAP组比较,非VAP组中血清磷指标显著增加。结论:低磷血症对机械通气的老年病人发生率增加。低磷血症对机械通气病人脱机、并发症及转归具有重要的临床意义。Objective：To ivestigate the effects of Hypophosphatemia on the patients under ventilation. Methods： 30 patients were divided into older group and no-older group, fail to off- ventilation and success to off-ventilatioin group and VAP and non-VAP group respectively. The concentration of serum phosphorus （SP） was detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer to assess Hypophosphatemia. Results： Compared with older group, the level of SP in the older group was increased; Compared with success to of-ventilation , the level of SP in fail to off-ventilatioin was lower; The level of SP in non-VAP was lower than VAP group. Conclusions： Incidence of Hypophosphatemia could increasd in older patients with ventilaiton. Hypophosphatemia should be a important factor for off-ventialtion ,turn over and VAP of the patients under ventliation.
