摘　　要：目的　对 3 0例 48髋早期股骨头缺血性坏死的MRI检查进行分析。材料与方法　全部病例行髋关节MRI和X线片检查。结果　在 3 0例 48髋中 ,双侧 18例 ,单侧 12例。依据Ficat分期 :Ⅰ期 3 9髋 ,Ⅱ期 9髋。X线片检查均为阴性。结论　在临床上凡是有髋部疼痛、功能障碍、长期饮酒及服用类固醇激素者都应进行MRI检查 ,力求早期诊断。Objective MRI findings of 48 hips in 30 adult patients with early ischemic necrosis of femoral head (AFNH) were analyzed.Materials and Methods MR scanning and plain radiography of hip joint were performed in all 30 patients.Results Of 30 cases with diseased hip, 18 were bilateral and 12 were unilateral. Based on Ficat classification, 39 hips were stage Ⅰ and 9 hips were stage Ⅱ.Conclusion In order to make diagnosis early, MRI should be done in patients who explains hip pains and disfunction, and has a long history of taking alcohol and of administration of steroids.
