乙肝康胶囊对实验性肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察乙肝康胶囊对实验性肝损伤的保护作用及机理。方法 :用CCl4 造成大鼠慢性肝损伤模型 ;D 氨基半乳糖造成小鼠急性肝损伤模型 ;肝悬液和Freund佐剂造成豚鼠免疫性肝损伤模型 ,乙肝康胶囊分高低剂量组ig治疗。结果 :本品 3.7和 7.4g·kg-1剂量组均能使CCl4 所致大鼠慢性肝损伤血清中总蛋白TP、A/G、HA、AST、ALT值恢复正常。乙肝康的 11.1g·kg-1剂量组能使D -氨基半乳糖造成的小鼠急性肝损伤血清中AST和ALT值降低。乙肝康 5 .6g·kg-1剂量组能降低豚鼠免疫性肝损伤模型血清中ALT与AST水平。肝组织病理学显示 :乙肝康胶囊均能减轻肝细胞的病理损伤。结论 :乙肝康胶囊对这Aim To study the effects of Yigankang Capsule(YGKC)on experimental hepatic injury and its mechanism.Methods The model of chronic hepatic injury was made by CCl 4 in rats.Acute hepatic injury was induced by D-aminogalactose in mice. Immune hepatic injury was made by the extraction of guinea pig liver and Freund reagent.Results YGKC prevented liver from chronic,acute and immune hepatic injury in rats,mice and guinea pig respectively.YGKC reduced the level of ALT and AST in serum obviously,andimproved the contents of the total protein(TP). The pathologic reports of liver tissues showed YGKC could reduce the hepatic injury.Conclusion YGKC has effects of protecting and repairing on experimental hepatic injury.
