摘　　要：目的 :对新药奥美拉唑肠溶片进行体外释放度的探讨。方法 :选用浆法 ,释放量采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果 :本品3批 30min释放量均超过标示量的 93 %。结论Aim To study the controlled release of omeprazole enteric-coated tablets.Methods A rotating paddle was used.The released contents were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results More than 93% of the labeled amount of its three lots were released in 30 minutes.Conclusion The method is good for controlled release of omeprazole enteric-coated tablets.
