紫外分光光度法测定枯痔注射液中盐酸普鲁卡因的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立测定枯痔注射液中盐酸普鲁卡因含量的方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法。结果 :盐酸普鲁卡因在波长2 90nm处有最大吸收 ,其线性范围为 5～ 10 μg·ml-1,A =6 .85 6× 10 -2 C - 7.195 8× 10 -3 ,r =0 .9998。结论 :此方法简便、快速、准确 。Aim To establish a method for the determination of the content of Procaine in necrosis hemorrhoids injection.Methods Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results Procaine absorbs the best in wave length 290nm,its linear ranges is 5～10μg·ml -1 ,A=6.856×10 -2 C-7.1958×10 -3 ,r=0.999 8.Conclusion This is a simple,quick and precise way to determine the quality of the medicine.
