组合带血管髂骨串联皮瓣重建第一、二跖骨及前足缺损

摘　　要：目的研究解决第二跖骨及前足缺损的重建与修复。方法采用显微外科技术，用带血管髂骨及游离皮瓣串联组合移植重建第一、二跖骨及前足部分缺损。结果修复后足的负重及行走功能恢复较好，外型满意。结论带血管髂骨为跖骨缺损重建较为理想供骨，采用带血管骨、皮瓣组合移植为修复前足损伤缺损的最佳方式。Objective To study and solve the reconstruction of the defects of first metatarsal and the forefoot. Methods Using microsurgical technique,adopt transplantation of vascularized iliac bone incorporating with free flap to restore the defects of first and second metatarsal as well as forefoot. Results The injuried foot was restored its weight-bearing and walking functions and obtained a satisfactory contour. Conclusion The vascular iliac bone was an ideal donor site for reconstruction of absense of metatarsal,and vascular bone incorporating free flap were proved superiorly in treatment of forefoot defects.
