摘  要:利用有限元分析的方法和理论,将不同结构的薄、厚柱窝对顶梁变形和应力的影响做对比分析,探讨适合大采高、大阻力液压支架的最佳柱窝结构。依据液压支架试验标准GB 25974.1—2010《煤矿用液压支架第一部分:通用技术条件》,选取了大采高液压支架柱窝受力最恶劣的工况———扭转工况进行有限元分析。通过对不同柱窝结构应力的分析及对比,找到了一种更适合大采高液压支架的柱窝结构,同时为改进柱窝结构的强度设计、提高柱窝的力学性能提供了依据和路线。As different structures of thin and thick column nests have different impacts on deformation and stress of top beam, this paper uses the finite element analysis method and theory to car- ry out a comparative analysis about them, explore the best column nest structure of hydraulic support with big mining height and big resistance. According to the latest domestic coal industry standard GB 25974.1--2010 Powered support for coal mine-Part1 : General specification, the one of most dangerous working conditions of the column nest structure of hydraulic support with big mining height, that is, reverse condition was selected to do finite element analysis. Through the different structural stress analysis and contrast of col- umn nest, to find a more suitable structure of column nest for hy- draulic support with large mining height, at the same time, to pro- vide the basis and routes for improving the design strength of the structure and enhancing the mechanical properties.
