摘　　要：目的 :探讨超声检查对恶性肿瘤患者腹腔淋巴结监测的可行性、特征性与实用性。方法 :回顾性分析了 78例恶性肿瘤患者腹腔淋巴结肿大的声像图表现特点 ,结果 :超声检查可以准确显示腹腔淋巴结的位置、大小、形态及声像特征 ,并为临床提供诊断依据。结论Objective: To detect the abdominal lymph nodes in patients with malignant tumors by ultrasoundMethods:The ultrasonic features of the abdominal cavity lymph nodes on 78 cases with malignant tumors were reviewedResults:The position,size,shape and ultrasonic features of the abdominal cavity lymph nodes were reviewed and analysed.Conclusion:Ultrasonography is a effective practice for such a diagnosis performance
