摘 要:在现代化工生产中,无论是应用先进的设备还是严格的管理,生产中由于种种原因造成的泄漏都是不可避免的。针对出现的泄漏问题,以管道补偿器的泄漏为例,采用隔离式密封夹具,并对夹具的端板及隔离腔进行改进,简述了增加注剂密封槽和引流接管2项措施。案例结果表明,只要有可靠的安全保证及正确的操作方法,通过对传统密封夹具进行合理改进可以成功解决生产装置、设备或管道出现的多种泄漏,具有实际应用意义。In the modem chemical production, whether the application of advanced equipment or strict management, the leakage due to various reasons is inevitable in production. According to the leak prob- lem, took the leakage of pipeline compensator as an example, used the isolation type sealing clamp, im- proved the board of clamp and isolation chamber, two measures for increasing the injection seal groove and drainage pipe was briefly described. The case results show that as long as there is a reliable safety guaran- tee and correct operating methods, through reasonably improving on the traditional seal clamp can success- fully resolve many kinds of leakage for the production equipment, equipment or pipe, have the practical application of significance.
