摘　　要：以特藏概念作为切入点,通过分析特藏概念模糊不清所带来的特藏建设中的一系列问题,指出廓清特藏概念的必要性,并建议根据特藏的两个功能将特藏资源划分为特殊收藏和特色收藏,且详细介绍了各部分的概念和功能定位。Taking the concept of special collections as the point of penetration, this paper analyzes a series of questions by which the fuzzy concept of special collections is caused, and points out the importance for clarifying the concept of special col- lections and gives a suggestion for dividing the concept of special collections into two parts： the special collections and the char- acteristics of collections, then makes a detailed descriptions of the two on the definition and function.
