摘 要:目的探讨流行性脑脊髓膜炎球菌所致中枢神经系统感染后 ,脑脊液中NO含量变化及其与脑损害程度间的相关关系。方法测量伴有不同脑损害程度的流行性脑脊髓膜炎患儿脑脊液中NO-2 含量 ,分析脑脊液中NO- 2 含量变化与脑损害程度的关系。结果流行性脑脊髓膜炎患儿脑脊液中NO- 2 含量明显上升 ,其上升幅度与脑损害程度相关。脑损害程度重的患儿其脑脊液中NO-2 含量高于脑损害程度轻的患儿。结论流行性脑脊髓膜炎患儿脑脊液中NO-2 含量升高 ,其升高幅度与脑损害程度相关 ,推测测量脑脊液中NO- 2 含量可能会有助于判断流行性脑脊髓膜炎患儿脑损害程度。Objective To explore the NO - 2 concentration in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) of children with epidemic ceredrospinal meningitis with the relationship the injury degree of brain. Methods Measuring NO - 2 concentration of CSF in children from epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis with brain injury of different degree and analyzing relationship between the NO - 2 concentration and the degree of brain injury. Results NO - 2 concentration in CSF significantly increased and was higher in serious brain injury group than in the light brain injury group.Conclusion NO - 2 concentration in CSF of children from epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis increases significantly and the level of NO - 2 concentration was associated with the degree of brain injury.It is helpful for evaluation of the severity of the brain injury.
