摘  要:对引起柱花草炭疽病的胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.)的生物学特性进行研究。结果表明:胶孢炭疽菌的孢子萌发最佳碳源为葡萄糖.4种氮源处理的孢子萌发效果接近且差异不显著;菌丝生长的最佳碳源与氮源分别为蔗糖和NaNO3。pH值为3~8时,孢子与菌丝都能萌发和生长,pH值为6时孢子萌发率最高,菌丝生长最适pH值为8。孢子的致死温度为50℃,10min。3种光照处理对菌丝生长的影响无显著差异。The biological characteristics of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz. resulting in anthracnose of Stylosonthes was studied. The results showed that the optimum carbon sources of the spore germination was glucose and there was no significant different effect on the spore germination by four treatments of nitrogen sources, The optimum carbon and nitrogen sources of the myceIian growth were sucrose and sodium nitrate. Both the spores and mycelia could grow between pH 3-8. The optimum pH value of the spore germination was 6 and the optimum pH value of the mycelian growth was 8. The lethal temperature of the spore was 50℃ for 10 min. There was no significant different effect on the mycelial growth rate.
